"A basic hotel but large room and all the necessary facilities. Excellent value for Perth and friendly staff. 10 minutes walk to city centre but close to the river and sports facilities. On what appears to be a main road but very quiet even when there was a match at the nearby stadium."

"We had such a great stay at the InterContinental Perth. The staff were all super friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. The location is really convenient, right in the city, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. They also surprised us with a little birthday cheesecake and chocolates for my partner, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made the stay extra special. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in Perth."

"This is a great city centre option. Great rooms, good location which was walkable to many of the sights in Perth. The breakfast buffet was also good. All the staff were super friendly and efficient. The pool was also a great benefit . I would definitely recommend and return if in Perth"

"The room was old fashion and small but essential and clean, I got everything I needed, a fridge, lcd tv and the enclosed bathroom. Pretty quiet too. Reasonably central (10 mins walk to Perth Central Station and the street malls). Served by several buses. Frances the landlady is very nice and helpful. I was meant to check out at 9.30 am but for a honest fee she let me stay till 8 pm (I had an 11 pm flight). I highly recommend this accomodation"
