Great location near the beach at the edge of Fouras. The staff were all really pleasant and helpful. Entertainment is provided for those that want it, we really enjoyed the Pineau tasting. The pool area is lovely. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Fouras.

Spacious, cosy and family-friendly resort!

We spent a week here and enjoyed the large apartments that are well-designed, comfortable, spacious, and family-friendly. Cleaning was not perfect, but ok, the service was fine (we were able to arrive late, but needed help from a vo-visitor to enter the gate), and the location was nice. Be aware that you cannot really bath / swim from the nearby beaches during the morning / day due to low tides.

We really liked the sites as it was convenient to get to La Rochelle and Rochefort. Fouras is a great town with lots going on; nice selection of restaurants. The pool was nice but people were not following the rules of no vaping aloud (maybe more/clearer signs or staff mentioning it to visitors would help). The bathroom was a bit smelly at the start but with ventilation that improved (there were no shelves in the shower area so that was not practical). We had plenty of towels and it was great that the linen was provided (and beds made before our arrival). very straightforward checking and helpful staff at reception. The nearby beach is covered in shells and not sands; it'd be nice if that was mentioned in the site's description as it is misleading to say the beach is 300m away (not really a beach to go to with children for example). Overall, we had a great stay and recommend the site.

Personnel accueillant et donnant de bons conseils. La Residence est un peu vieillotte mais reste calme et agréable pour une famille elle est aérée et arborée qui procure pas mal d’ombre (on est pas les uns sur les autres) proche de la mer dans un village typique et loin de l'agitation des villes. 1 animation tous les soirs et finissants à des heures raisonnables Appartement mitoyen de plein pieds spacieux avec deux vraies chambres ( lits faits à l’arrivée). Le ménage n’était vraiment pas top surtout les sols … après l’avoir signalé, le ménage de fin nous a été offert. Je recommande … nous avions la maisonnette N*49.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la location. L’accueil et l’amabilité du personnel est à souligner. Logement très spacieux avec deux chambres. Mais visiblement ouverture de la saison sans personne avant moi. Donc en logeant dans le logement, cela a réveillé toute une faune d'insectes divers qui venaient d'hiberner j'imagine. Difficulté à mettre chauffage en route car plusieurs mois sans fonctionnement.
