Soy de México y disfruté mi estadía en el hotel. Lo visité con mi pareja y la habitación es grande y limpia. Los artículos de limpieza no fueron suficientes y tuve que pedir que su abastecimiento a recepción. El restaurant tiene una vista magnifica y los alimentos, especialmente la fruta y el café son deliciosos, muy frescos. Lo único malo y que pueden mejorar es el servicio al cliente, parece que hacen un favor y en realidad gracias a los huespedes es que se pagan su salarios. En general los colombianos no conocen lo que es la calidad y servicio al cliente. Si no fuera por ese gran detalle todo hubiera tenido 110.
