To be fair, I didn't stay at this condo but rather across the street due to internet being down where I booked but it felt like a downgrade and was very disappointing. Some of the issues:1) Terrible humidity/mold smell, seems as though room has been locked up for some weeks before our arrival with a/c off (should have been prepped/freshened up before guests arrival); provided air freshener which did LITTLE to remove terrible smell, especially bad odor every time on re-entry but even while in the room, constant moldy stink! 2) Refrigerator wasn't plugged in and had to pull it out from the wall to get the cord and plug it in; once it was cold, the door was near impossible to open and required unreasonable force just to open the door. 3) TV not plugged in and had to pull out a bed from the wall to see that and plug it in; TV hung crooked/lob sided on the wall. 4) Hangar bar inside stand alone closet fell down. 5) Safe is locked and no instructions on how to open/use it. 6) No hand soap, toiletries (toothbrush/paste, etc.) and no slippers, a standard in Phil. 7) Internet speed was TERRIBLE to support streaming content. 8) 1 glass provided, 1 soup/cereal bowl, 3 coffee mugs, 5 plates, 3 saucers, adequate cutlery, 1 frying pan (no pots) 9) Light over the sink and the ceiling fan in WC not working 10) Need a new washroom mirror as a lot of silver gone, right at eye level 11) Wall clock stuck at 7 pm 12) Microwave not plugged in & cord couldn't reach outlet ... and more. Lots to fix!
