A Must in Pisa!!!!

Marie service and friendliness was Exceptional. She recommended really good restaurants, was always available and willing to help, and she booked for us a taxi to the station. The location was perfect, short walking distance to the tower, shops, and good restaurants. . The room was neat, an clean, lovely, big, airy, and modern. Lat but not least Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice and laid out really beautiful and attractive manner. Congrats!

Es una antigua casa reformada, está muy bien decorado. Teníamos el desayuno preparado lo que nos vino genial porque teníamos que salir pronto de la habitación. Muy cerca del centro y a un paseo De la Torre. Tuvieron el detalle de aconsejarnos sitios para comer. Muy recomendable

it was very nice. my flight was cancelled and instead of showing up at 6.30 i cane at 12.30 am. all that time i was in touch with the b&b keot them updated all times. they were very nice and shiwed up that late and helped me in ti my room. thank you.

+++Excellent emplacement. Coordination indispensable avec votre hôte pour avoir accès. +++Celle-ci était pleine d'enthousiasme et de serviabilité, dans un anglais à l'accent italien savoureux. Prête à vous rendre service. ++La chambre est très correcte, étant d'un bon volume. Idem pour la spacieuse sdb. ++Située à l'arrière cette chambre était calme. +Possibilité de laisser les bagages dans la salle du repas. les moins : déco de la chambre à votre appréciation Fort négatif : les croissants et le pain du pdj sont sur la table la veille. Et effectivement les croissants ne sont pas top. Cela pourrait sans doute être évité. On retient quand même une expérience fort positive. Accès facile avec le bus ligne 4 depuis la gare (arrêt Santa Caterina) - ticket 1,5 Euros au bar tabac de la gare. Retour idem mais pas le même arrêt. Ensuite train rapide jusqu'à l'aéroport. A pied : Depuis la gare centrale, prenez la route face à vous, tout droit pendant environ 20 minutes. Très praticable. En taxi depuis l'aéroport comptez près de 25 Euros. Bon séjour.....

Great location. Five minute walk to the Field of Miracles & but also away from the main tourist area on a quiet street with short walks to "local" restaurants. Large rooms with comfortable beds (not rock hard like many beds in Italy). The host, Mary, was very friendly and provided great restaurant recommendations. She also made special accommodations to prepare our (very tasty) breakfast the night before so we could eat before our very early AM departure.

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to the tower and good restaurants. Marie was really welcoming and helpful - recommending restaurants and booking us a taxi to the station. The room was lovely, big and airy, modern and clean. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice and laid out really well. Ear plugs are needed though for light sleepers as the apartment is on the road and there is no double glazing.

Não tenho como avaliar os serviços porque fui enganada ,solicitei e avisei que iria fazer o check in mais tarde , houve confirmação que poderia ser feito mais tarde mas quando cheguei não pude entrar , já não tinha ninguém , liguei para Sra Mônica informei o porque do atraso pedi para que pudesse pegar as chaves indo até onde ela estivesse fui maltratada ao telefone , a mesma cortou a ligação e não atendeu minha solicitação . Fiquei no meio da rua cheia de bagagem as 21:00 hs. Acho que minha acomodação já tinha sido passada para outra pessoa por isso o desinteresse em me atender . Quero ser ressarcida do valor que paguei e não utilizei .....

Estupenda ubicación y atención del personal.

La habitación con baño privado está muy bien. Es muy cómoda y muy agradable. El hotel nos ha gustado mucho, la ubicación es perfecta. La persona que nos atendió es muy atenta y en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nuestras peticiones. Un día necesitamos que nos adelantara el desayuno y nos lo dejó todo preparado. El desayuno está muy bien y es muy completo. Calidad-precio es estupendo. ¡Lo recomendamos!
