Wonderful friendly staff and the welcome we were given was amazing. The hotel room was a little tired - frayed carpet going into the bathroom could be a trip hazard. One thing to note is there are lots of stairs if you are in one of the rooms designated 400 so if carrying a case get a lower floor room. We were offered a ground floor room by the lovely receptionist but as I have bad asthma and these are the rooms dogs are allowed in I couldn’t risk it. A nice hotel in the heart of the shops and we would stay again. It’s a repurposed premier inn so a very similar vibe.
