We had such a wonderful experience at W Brisbane. Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived the service was warm and welcoming, the hotel was beautiful and stylish, and our room was comfortable, clean and had an amazing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help, which made our stay feel extra special. The location was also perfect for exploring Brisbane. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary, and it made our celebration even more memorable. Thank you, W Brisbane, for making our anniversary stay so special. 10/10 highly recommended Eve& Scott

8/10 Very good

We had a very pleasant stay. Concierge David was amazing and very helpful. The location is very central and convenient. Parking options nearby are limited, but valet parking was very convenient. The shower head kept falling down, which was a bit inconvenient, but the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the pool and the wet deck. We would definitely stay here again. :)
