Çalışanlar oldukça nazik ve ilgiliydiler, erken gitmemize rağmen hızlıca odamızı hazırlayıp yardımcı oldular, terastaki restoran ve manzarası mükemmeldi, herşeyiyle dört dörtlük bir deneyimdi, bunun için tüm personele teşekkür ederiz

Es sind kleine Zimmer mit zwei (Doppelbetten). Safe verriegelt u. konnte nicht geöffnet werden, kleines WC/Duschkabine und Waschbecken. Hand-/Badetücher täglich neu, Klimaanlage funktioniert, Teppichboden ~ wenn man Zimmer nach Abwesenheit/Rückkehr Ausflug wieder betritt, unangenehmer Duft, ähnlich abgestandener Zigaretten. Frühstück I.O. Sehr zuvorkommende, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter Reception; u.a. Wird Auto in Hausgarage von Personal eingeparkt und auch hervorgeholt. Hier 5* zu vergeben.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Funda Hotel. We booked for two nights and decided to stay for an extra night. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and excellent shower. Excellent breakfast with good choice of food. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location with shops and centre of town nearby.

23-25 Nisan arasında Funda Otele misafir oldum. Otel çalışanlarını ve yönetimini başarılı çalışmalarından dolayı kutluyorum. Uçağım erken saatte geldi ve otele erken ulaştım. Yağmur ve fırtınada zor şartlarda ulaşınca sağ olsunlar. Kaydımı hemen tamamlayıp, hemen odayı hazırladılar. Oda tertemizdi. Şehrin çok işlek bir noktasında olmasına rağmen hem etrafta hem de otelde ses yoktu. Kahvaltı oldukça güzeldi, kahvaltı manzarasını anlatmayayım gelin görün bonus olsun :) Çoğu yere ulaşımın başlangıç noktasında bulunuyor. Fiyat performans olarak da makul buldum. Trabzon'u ziyaret edecek eşime dostuma konaklamak için 1.sırada tavsiye edeceğim.

I can't say enough about this hotel. We had an outstanding experience. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. The staff were attentive, polite and fabulous. The location of the hotel was as good as you could expect - close to the edge of the manic and exciting Trabzon market area. The breakfast was an experience - lots of different foods and very high quality and great presentation. Overall, this hotel puts most of the many US hotels I've stayed in to shame. Thanks for the great experience!

5 gece konakladık. Batum, Rize gibi uzak noktalara gittiğimiz için gece geç döndük. Çarşaf ve nevresimler hiç değişmedi, havlular galiba katlanıp yine yerine konuldu. Halıda gördüğüm kırıntı ve iplikler aynen yerindeydi. Zemin de süpürülmedi. Mobilyalar eski, yatak rahatsız. Bavul açma sehpası kırıktı. Yan odanın banyo fanı F-35 motoru gibi hergece ötüyordu. Odalar ses geçiriyor.Tül perdede sigara yanıkları vardı. Odalar kesinlikle 25 veya 20 metre kare değil 15 M2 civarı. Orta boy Bavulları açamadık. Askılar yetersiz. Buzdolabı denilen ucube cihazın zemini su doluydu. Kesinlikle 4 yıldız sayılmaz. En az 2 yıldızı gökten düşmüş. Koridorda çöp toplama istasyonu vardı. Cinslerine göre. Kokuyordu. Resepsiyon Ortadoğulu müşterilerden veya müşterilere yönelik yoğun hacıyağı kokusu var. Tek hareketleri odayı beklerken kahve ikram ettiler; gerisi para ile rezillik. 28 ülkeye gittim. İlk defa illallah dedim.

Great hotel for a quick stay 10minutes from the airport. Husam was very helpful and got us the perfect room. Also laundry service was convenient and much needed after traveling for weeks vs washing stuff by hand. Close to the city center and a short walk to nice parks, shopping and restaurants.
