Nice Hotel next to big shopping center. Perfect for family traveling with car. The best was the welness water park that you can use for free. Really nice.

Very comfortable and close to airport.

Brilliant place to stay. Spa a gym top notch and staff very friendly. All you could need in the apartment is included dishwasher etc. More towels be nice but it seems to be the norm these days. Will definitely go back and stay again.

Unfortunately, we were only at the property for a few hours and it was night time, so we didn't really see anything other than the room and the front office. But what little we saw was promising. It's just unfortunate that they close the facilities early. My son wanted to use the gym and I wanted to get a massage but everything closes down at 10pm and we arrived at 9:30pm.

Empty apartment, just a few utensils, limited towels, bedding dirty. The worst apartment we ever stayed. I had to beg my wife and kids to stay there, since it was late. They want to clean the apartment when we left otherwise they will charge $50 on credit card. The nice picture of the spa on their listing, well you have you pay $15 euros to access it. Terrible area, no dinning around, train track behind the building, far away from the main areas in Santander… Never again, and please make yourself a favour and don’t fall for the spa picture from the listing , not worth it, and the buildings are in a industrial zone.

Good hub for Cantabria

The apartment complex is big and offers a wide variety of sports and wellbeing services. There are a few eateries around and two big, good restaurants around with different service hours set up, which are not so easy to follow. The 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment is spacious and faces the swimming pool. It was closed at the time. The kitchen is well equipped. The parking is on site and secure. This location was the base to travel around to bigger cities with a one week rental, more affordable than hotels in those cities. Reception services are offered at the Spa Center, and it was OK. It wasn’t warm, just “matter of fact”, cold. It seems that they feel is too much to do. We recommend this property if in need of a comfortable, clean place to drive around exploring the Cantabria

J'avais choisi cet hébergement surtout pour la salle de sport, le court de padel et la piscine et j'ai bien fait car c'étaient les seules choses qui valaient la peine. Pour le reste, l'environnement n'est pas idéal : La résidence en elle-même est bien mais c'est un peu un oasis au milieu d'un centre commercial, du train et de l'aéroport.. Sinon le canapé lit est inconfortable. Nous avons très mal dormi dedans. Pour le reste, la cuisine est bien équipée et la salle de bain est OK. Mais on avait vue sur l'immeuble d'en face. J'ai bien aimé par contre le fait que la résidence soit partagée entre des touristes, des locaux et une maison de retraite. Ça créé du lien.

Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el personal con el que tratamos fue muy servicial. El aislamiento acústico siguió siendo un problema. Aunque esta vez no tuvimos vecinos ruidosos ni molestos en la planta de arriba, oíamos todas las conversaciones y todos los movimientos de los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado. Espero que la dirección busque una solución.

El apartamento es muy bonito y equipado con una limpieza extrema. Una maravilla. Todo equipado, aunque se extraña que haya en la cocina alguna pastilla de lavavajillas o papel de cocina. Respecto a la cama muy bien y hay almohadas a mayores por si no te gustan las que tienes. Quizás sí que es cierto que se oye a los vecinos. Volveremos a repetir seguro.

El registro de entrada fue totalmente automático. La puerta del edificio estaba abierta. El piso estaba limpio y era exactamente como se describía. Los huéspedes de arriba parecían de otro planeta, hasta tal punto que solo pudimos dormir tres o cuatro horas cada noche. No solo hablaban en voz alta, sino que también pisoteaban el suelo y movían los muebles de un lado a otro. Nos pusimos en contacto con la administración del edificio varias veces, a las 3 de la madrugada y también a las 6 de la mañana, mientras el «festival de ruido» seguía en marcha, ¡pero no recibimos ni una sola respuesta en días!

El apartamento esta muy bien, está en una zona con un centro comercial cercano en el cual se puede comprar y comer, hay varios supermercados y aunque yo no fui al spa ni al gimnasio es un punto tenerlo tan cerca. La única pega que puedo poner es que están muy mal insonorizados y se oye todo, todo lo del vecino
