Il Linchetto was a very pleasant acquaintance with a comfortable walking distance to local restaurants, bars and small shops, as well as the center of Lucca.
The rooms were clean, of a very basic standard and with good water pressure in the shower. I didn't eat breakfast there, but the staff were very nice and the service was good!
After a few long days of sightseeing, the need for some office work and a quiet movie night in the room arose. Then it would definitely be an advantage with a slightly larger TV screen with access to HDMI (than 20'' with the outlet blocked by the wall bracket).
All in all, a very reasonably priced and good option for a week's stay in the region.
PS! As a foreigner without access to local apps, renting a car in Lucca was very expensive. Fortunately, Pisa is only a train ticket and a short hour's journey away. Absolutely worth the trip when the savings were more than 70%..
