Walking distance to many site and places to eat. Their breakfast was way beyond what you expect, much much more than what they serve at large hotels. One of the most elegant and beautiful rooms I have seen. The staff was courteous and very helpful arranging my trips/tours. Highly Recommend

Loves: our room was very spacious, we had a lovely balcony that overlooked the pool from the 2nd floor, the staff was friendly and helpful, location made it very walkable yet quiet, close to restaurants and shops Misses: the bed was not very comfortable, the floor is quite slippery in socks so be careful, the pool deck was very narrow making it hard to walk between lounge chairs without falling into the water

Viangluang Resort was very good. The rooms and location were great, particularly being right in the middle of the Old Town. Staff and service were excellent. The only disappointment was the Breakfast which was OK.

It was a great stay. It was quiet, clean, large room with fridge and A/C. My only complaint is why advertise VIP benefits of a room upgrade when they didn't give it.
