Our room was comfortable, and we made good use of the full-sized fridge in the kitchenette. A/C worked great, in spite of high-90s temperature.
The local electric company had a planned power outage from 9pm-3am one night, and the hotel handled it very professionally; they advised cranking the A/C during the day, keeping shades closed, and they loaned guests electric lanterns. It could have been a major inconvenience, but it went very smoothly.
The breakfast was pretty good, with real oatmeal rather than packets of instant, plus waffle mix, scrambled eggs, biscuits, bread, and bagels; coffee was not the greatest, though.
Gary, one of the breakfast workers, was super-nice, and gave us an awesome hike recommendation.
We would definitely stay here again if we do a more extensive Arches or Canyonlands trip.
