Great and helpful staff, but the hotel is not worth 140 euros for a night. Old hotel. Uncomfortable and hard bed. Old furniture in the room. A terrible shower with a shower curtain. Great coffee at breakfast, the rest was waste of time.

A disastrous night!

I booked this hotel just to take a break and rest from a long journey, but what a disappointment! The room was freezing, with barely warm heating and a completely inadequate blanket given how cold it was. The flickering lights made the room feel like a psychiatric hospital. To make matters worse, the reception was closed. I had to communicate with an employee via WhatsApp to request a room change, but after reading my message, she didn’t even bother to reply or apologize. The service is downright terrible, perfectly reflecting the state of this outdated hotel with its 1930s decor and poor maintenance. If I could, I wouldn’t even give it one star. An experience to forget—absolutely not recommended!

le premier séjour nous a laissé une mauvaise impression: la salle de bain était pleine de tartre, les toilettes étaient jaune, les meubles un peu ancien, le rideau décroché et la moquette était tâchée. le deuxième séjour, la chambre était en meilleure état mais pas de climatisation, juste un simple ventilateur, heureusement, il ne faisait pas chaud. le point très positif c'est le petit déjeuner, il y'a du choix et le café est excellent. autre avantage: le restaurant juste à coté de l'hôtel, les plats sont excellents et le personnel parle français.
