The room size and amenities, hotel location, breakfast buffet options were excellent. The air conditioning was a bit faulty but we did fine without reporting it. It was a wonderful stay! One block from the train station. The staff was stellar, from the front desk, to the breakfast provider, to the night staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The property was very nice. It had a wonderful location.. The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful with suggestions of things to see and restaurants.. The room was clean and more than adequate size with a bathtub. I would say the breakfast was good, but maybe not as good as other places we’ve been to in Italy and Germany and Switzerland and Austria.. I would recommend this Hotel as a frequent traveler

Hotel Savoy Bern is an awesome place, in a prime location next to the main train station in the old downtown. It is very clean, quiet and most importantly the air conditioning works. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. The only downside at this point I would say it’s breakfast should be included in the price, not $27 per person per day extra. We decided to not pay for the breakfast as there are plenty of other options nearby.

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. - its location is JUST the best ~ very near from Train station and most of key places in the city - its ataffs are extremely kind and more than ready to help me out - its breakfast is very good.
