I booked this hotel because of the location and rooftop. The customer service was not the best. I was disappointed that the ride I set up with the hotel did not arrive at the Ferry Port (I had to call). My ferry was late and changed names, just like every ferry ride I had during my trip, but this was the only hotel that didn't make sure my travel experience was okay (they had all of my travel information and my cell phone) . When I finally showed up in the lobby, I had to download an app and complete the information in order to check in. There was no offer to assist with information and I was the one who brought up the mishap with the transfer from the port to the hotel. No one apologized or addressed the mix-up. I did ask to reserve a table on the rooftop for the night and was told since it was just me I didn't have to. The hotel was correct, the restaurant found me a table but in the back with no view at all. I wish they would have made me a reservation so I could benefit from the view especially since I was a guest there. With all that being said, the location is nice. It is right next to Monastiraki Square, the Flea Market, Hadrian's Library, and many restuarants. It is very busy right outside this hotel but the noise is minimal in the hotel room. The hotel was clean and the room was very spacious. There was a small, private patio right outside of my room that I would have sat in if the furniture cushions were cleaner.
