Centrally Located

The Hotel is in an excellent location . The room in the the Hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. the Staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the fixtures and fittings were beginning to show their age, and could do with updating in the near future The rooms would probably benefit from having Tea/Coffee making facilities and at least one English language channel on the TV.

Location is amazing. Yards from the centre of town. Parking is a bit of issue. We have a VW Caravelle so we’re able to use the rear of the property at a cost of 18 euros. Comfortable enough rooms. Clean and tidy with all the usual facilities. We had an evening meal which was about the price you would expect for its location, it was plentiful and tasty served by a very nice lady who was also acting as Receptionist.

Nice hotel in the centre of Hameln, can be outside noise late evening. Good breakfast buffet style. I have stayed there three times and most staff are pleasant and helpful however one receptionist was unhelpful and miserable appeared not to understand English,otherwise have no complaints.

Unfortunately super noisy inside between rooms and corridors but also room to room and from outside it’s literally just like if there were no windows, all windows were correctly closed I checked several time as noise level was so high, just like if the were no wall! That’s a pity because otherwise the hotel is perfect!

I stayed 6 nights room was not cleaned during this time towels were not changed . I had a hire car the parking cost nearly £13.00 a day , just a 10 minute walk away there is safe all day parking for £2.50 a day. The dining area is accessed by walking outside over wet slippery patio area when it is raining, That's the down side, when I arrived the room was clean very spacious, the shower is great powerful and hot. It is really good for town centre, and the bed was very comfortable . In the dinning area for breakfast the toaster is very very slower in the end I didn't bother waiting it, also the coffee machine was slow and was not working correctly as you had to raise it off your cup when hopefully it was finished this also lead to a queue . So maybe I should of asked for new towels maybe I should of searched for cheaper parking before booking maybe I should of not booked breakfast as there lots of places to eat on the doorstep. But when you book you expect a bit more honesty they should state how much the parking is . It just seemed they are a bit short staffed. However the staff was always polite.

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage und befindet sich direkt in der Altstadt. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber und modern. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es besten Gewissens weiter empfehlen ! Ps: selbst im Fahrstuhl hat es sauber gerochen :)
