Amazing hostel.. the scenery from the hostel was breath-taking. Staff was extremely helpful. Top notch breakfast in the morning. Clean restroom and kitchen. Honestly, this was the second hostel that I stayed at and it was wonderful. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I normally don’t ever do reviews but I had to do one for this place everything about it was perfect. And if you get a chance to get Klara as a receptionist, she was wonderful and answered all my questions.

I wanted to express my gratitude to a lady receptionist. I arrived early and stored my luggage in the baggage room and then put the key at the counter. I went to explore Interlaken and called to inform that I would be late for a proper check in and I needed to get the luggage from the baggage room which I didn't have the access to. She was really kind and waited for me, sorry to have kept you waiting.
