Room 317: I was devastated! I have never been so disappointed and stressed by the conditions of this facility. Smokers everywhere! We couldn’t get a key to get into our room because the office had been accidentally locked and the computer system was down as well! The clerk tried her best to assist, but nothing made up for the conditions we found. No window curtains, only 2 sheets and no blankets on the bed. The pillows were pancakes. The toilet had not been cleaned, only flushed. Noises all night, constantly drowned by interstate traffic. The sofa bed didn’t work (because it was not a bed at all)
My daughter made the reservation because I had exceeded my limit for traveling by car. Being in the hospitality industry as well, this was quite alarming! We couldn’t leave our hotel room because we didn’t have a key to the room. Because of the lateness of the hour, we had no alternative but to stay until morning. I am left with no option but to request a refund due to the conditions we experienced. No guest should have to endure conditions of this magnitude (short term or not). Please forward the refund to the card on file at your earliest convenience. I am from Atlanta, Georgia and I would not want my business name of Woodspring Suites associated with this facility!
