Fantastic family stay! Highly recommend.We stayed as a family of four and were incredibly impressed by the entire hotel. Our room was both spotlessly clean and very spacious, giving us plenty of comfort. The swimming pool facilities are excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the sauna and steam room. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. We will definitely be back!

The rooms were comfortable however asked twice for extra pillows and nothing turned up. Also bulbs in lamps not working. Batteries in remote for tv not working. The lift is very stressful with the amount of traffic! I used the other one and got stuck in it!!!! I was petrified. The room at night was noisy with booming music even when I asked for a quiet room I but eventually fell asleep because I was tired. The air conditioning light was bright even when dim! Silly place to put it! The breakfast was fantastic - made the whole stay!!!! I paid a lot for this room so expect perfection!!!

First room curtains was ripped and didn't close properly Second room blood or something brown on the sheets Third room was ok the lady helping us move rooms was great I can't remember her name Pool was wasn't really available as it's more part of a public gym than a hotel pool always swimming lessons on Was given a free breakfast for our troubles but the food was ok again staff at breakfast was lovely There is only one lift to the rooms so takes along time to get to the room and down Hotel is in a good location but I know what the response will be we will take on the feedback and welcome you again I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me to come £50per night deposit per night which is fine but I have had 2 £100 deposit taken out one when checking out and one when checking in so not sure about that AC was good but not having smart TVs these days seems a bit behind the times
