Pros: Staff very friendly and accommodating. We had a room where there was a family with children above us. This was really loud as the children were running around and all we could hear was thumping. We requested a room change and this happened almost immediately which was appreciated. Location is excellent as it’s right on Alona Beach. Breakfast buffet overlooks the beautiful beach.
Cons: Rooms are quite dated. There was just a sheet on the bed which isn’t sufficient or comfortable. We requested blankets which were provided but not big enough for the bed. The room wasn’t fully sealed which meant bugs could get in (a few creepy crawlies had to be relocated back outside). Internet in the room was not great. You could only get it outside or close to the door of the room and no where else.
