Helt okej boende på stran nära hamnen på Bantayan

Vi hade bokat rum med havsutsikt och de var helt ok. Fin utsikt över havet. Själva anläggningen är lite tråkig med en ganska omysig restaurang där servicen var långsam, men trevliga och snälla servitriser. Vi åkte in till Santa Fe och åt middag. Inger extra, rätt enkla men rena rum. Hotellet hade kunnat göra det bättre med vattenflaska vid ankomst och pool- strandhanddukar som många andra boenden har.

2days in Anika

This is my second visit but this time I have the ocean view, when I like the place I always go back, I love the container van room its modern, clean and nice bath, price is not bad, good food, the only minor issue was our room comes with 2 beds, the single bed comes with a soft blanket but the big one only have a rough blanket, I told one of the staff for a soft one but forgot to bring me one, anyways it was still a good stay.

Worst hotel I have ever been around the world with that price. The toilet doesn’t flush properly; we have to fill the tank four to five times to flush it. Complaint about it the first day and the maintenance guy said we should put any toilet paper on it. Fine, the next day it happened again without toilet paper! I went to the reception and complained about it asked to changed room but they said they’ll send a maintenance. We waited an hour to have it fix together with the faucet on the sink which is broken and have to be replaced. For three days we have to suffer flushing the toilet many times!

Luckily there is a very nice swimming pool

Very nice swimming pool. Super friendly staff. Quality of the preparation of the food in the restaurant was however not great. The aircon was very noisy, but staff was very helpful to reduce the noise (vibrations) a bit with using tape.

Good Value for Money: Recommended

Clean sand beach, clean water, pleasant room with comfortable bed, demand hot water shower, good a/c. Had to r/q room make-up. SantaFe is 5 min/PhP20 pp trike trip with multiple dining selections and limited entertainment. Family friendly. Only one ATM in town, and it was very cranky! Go to market for fresh fruits and danggit. Don’t buy from shops on street Wifi very bad, even in reception area.

We loved our ocean view room! From sunrise to sundown, nothing can compare to the refreshing and relaxing feeling that we have experienced. All the staff are courteous, helpful and accommodating in every way. Love to come back next time we’re in Bantayan.

このホテルには3泊しましたが、従業員への教育が行き届いており、すれ違う、或いは目を合わせれば皆が声を出して挨拶します。 残念なことは客室内でWiが使用できないこと、但し、私の場合レストランのすぐ横の部屋でしたから辛うじて繋がりました。但しスピードはかなり遅かったです。 この島の海沿いのホテルが良いことは、青く光り輝く海と白いビーチです。Santa Fe　ビーチの場合、海藻が浜に打ち上げられており、Sugar Beach に比べ少々美観が劣ります。

Great food at the restaurant

The beach at Santa Fe isn’t as nice as other destinations, however we used the pool in the resort instead. The accommodation are converted shipping containers, but they are comfortable. The food at the onsite restaurant was awesome. We tried some of the restaurants in town, but found the food at the resort was better.

Can you sleep with a dripping sink all night?

It is a good idea to explain amenities a bit clearer. We got charged for bringing ice to our room from the dining area?? Really??? The sink leaked a drip the entire time. The toilet ballast was broken, and the shower door did not slide along the rail correctly. The people and wait staff were friendly, but it only makes sense to make sure all appliances and fixtures are in proper working condition for the customer before check in.... COMMON SENSE.

We arrived on a perfect day and was welcomed by the staff. The place was awesome and we had a great time. The security folks were genuine to keep you safe and very respectful. Some of the restaurant staff may need some experience/training so customers dont wait too long waiting for them. The restaurant have a great selection of food to keep you in the complex. I miss this place already and will definitely will consider coming back in the near future.

Really great place and an awesome beach

I was thoroughly impressed with this resort. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the food was great, and most of all the beach was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't get enough of the water. The whole island is nice. Very quaint with friendly people. I liked it much better than Boracay.

Just Okay

This hotel is okay, but should remove the word "resort" from its name. It's more like a motel with a pool and a restaurant. The shipping containers are quite bare bones. Don't expect them to be terribly comfortable. However, the patio was a nice size, and well furnished. The restaurant is not great. Not awful, but after our first meal there, we avoided it. We arrived after a storm, so the beach, although lovely, was filthy. This wasn't the resort's fault, and to their credit, they worked during our entire stay to remove the garbage and debris from the beach. Overall, if you adjust your expectations from "resort" to more like "motel," you'll avoid disappointment.
