Struttura dir recente costruzione nel complesso gradevole, posizione ottima, non merita 5 stelle.. necessiterebbe di un maggiore manutenzione, comincia a denunciare segni di usura dovuti sia alla posizione vicino al mare che all’uso vero e proprio. La stanza assegnata al piano terra / interrato non è la miglior scelta , forte odore di umidità e scarsa ventilazione , abbiamo avuto qualche problema con le dotazioni della stanza, risolti non proprio rapidamente. Per il resto soggiorno gradevole, personale gentile e disponibile, cibo buono e diversificato nella scelta .

Lovely Resort.

I loved my stay at Salinas. The hotel was clean. The beachfront was lovely. Good variety of food. But most of all, the staff here are amazing- friendly, polite and will do their best to cater to your every need. Would recommend.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Tivemos um probleminha com um pedido de refeiçao no quarto (demorou muito a chegar e veio um pouco diferente de nosso pedido). Gentilmente a equipe da direçao nos ofereceu um jantar bônus num restaurante (incluindo o restante de nossa familia). Realmente so temos a parabenizar a equipe por valorizar os hospedes e pensar em nossa satisfaçao. Isso faz a diferença. Parabens. Sucesso para voces. Obrigada por tudo.

Het eten is in één woord dramatisch. Koud eten serveren bij het diner (ook kip!) kan niet. Klacht ingediend, gevraagd om feedback maar niet gekregen. Ook niet bij het uitchecken. Jammer! Dit was onze tweede vakantie in dit hotel, en ook definitief de laatste. Volgend jaar gaan we naar Hilton of Riu, dat lijken betere opties. Hotel Salinas is wel mooi dicht aan het strand gelegen. Maar dat alleen is te weinig om ons nog een keer over de streep te trekken.

Es sin duda la mejor opcion .el hotel esta muy bien cerca del pueblo Santa Maria se puede ir a pie y se encuentra en la mejor playa . A primera linea de playa con tumbonas y beach bar estupendos . Atencion estupenda estuvimos en una suoerior doble vistas jardin suficiente .

Il problema riscontrato è la scarsa professionalità della reception, non facevano altro che chiedere delle rassicurazioni economiche, in particolare sulla tassa di soggiorno che doveva essere pagata in contanti all’arrivo, cosa insolita per un albergo che vuole privilegiare la qualità. Per il sottoscritto la qualità dell’albergo non supera le 3 stelle, supevalutato nelle pubblicità.

Clean, comfortable, excellent location. We went AI. Signage could be better regarding what's included and what isnt but just ask. Staff generally friendly. Yes, there are flies. Its Afica for goodness sake! 1 week in early October. Hot day and night. Breezy but warm wind. No issues with anything. Entertainment every evening if you want it. I would return for a good dose of winter sun. Nothing much to do other than swim and sleep. Did the horse riding with Teo from Botanical Gardens. Can highly recommend

"still room for improvement..." Bohr und Hammergeräusche um 2.30h in der Früh ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Unser Zimmer war direkt über Arbeitsräume der Küche/Wäscherei? ab 5.30h Geräusche/Lärm hörbar...vermutlich im Ganzen Haus (Körperschall) Die wirklichen Assets dieses Hotels / Orts ist der wunderschöne lange Strand und Meer und natürlich das Klima (->Badeferien Mitte Oktober). Am Hotelstrand sollten geeignete Aschenbecher installier werden. Die Zigarettenstummel im Sand wirkend störend. Hotelanlage etwas eng bemessen für die Anzahl Gäste/Zimmer. Poolbereich etwas eng..

No es un hotel de 5 estrellas.

EL check in sumamente lento. Como no habiamos imprimido el vouche (los teníamos en los celulares) r el hotel estaba muy confundido con la reserva. A pesar que tenia la reservación de Expedia en su computadora , ellos decían que ésta no reflejaba si teníamos una reserva todo incluida, y tampoco que habíamos pagado los impuestos. A pesar de que le enviamos la reserva por email y se las enseñamos en los móviles, tuvimos que pagar un impuesto icional que según el hotel faltaba por pagar.... Habíamos reservado 1 cama queen, pero nos dieron dos camitas twin. Las almohadas muy malas. Las amenidades en el baño muy deficientes, nunca a la altura de un hotel de 4 o 5 estrellas. La comida muy mala. El vino pésimo, intomable. Tuvimos que pedir una cerveza. Cuando nos fuimos a dormir, la música que tocaban en el area de la piscina se percibía muy bien en habitación, lo que no nos dejaba dormir y descansar. La música duro al menos hasta las 11 pm. Solo dormimos una noche, llegamos en la tarde y salimos a la mañana siguiente (afortunadamente), por lo cual no sabemos que tal es la playa, etc.
