10/10 Exceptional

Nice, clean room with a cosy ambience. Staff were friendly and welcoming! Beautiful Peranakan-style hotel within walking distance to the buzzing Jonker Street. Although the aircon in my room is “roaring” at times, it doesn’t bother me at all and I slept through the night.

The location is ideal. The building is an old baba nyonya mansion. Granted it’s not what it was, I’m sure!, but it’s authentic, beautiful and comfortable. The Malay people are so nice! Thank you!

Air conditioning in our room is a bit noisy other than that all seems perfectly well. One commendation to be given to the in-house spa. Excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

6/10 Good

The hotel rooms are old, room toilet the water tap should repair & the 3rd floor corridor was filled with the smell of an old toilet. But overall average still okay. Staff are friendly & helpful. Location is very good.
