2 night stay
Lovely hotel only issue we had was room not ready when we arrived at 3 was given key to room went up to only return to reception as the room wasn’t made up apparently all privilege rooms had been given new mattresses still in plastic but obviously they forgot we was booked in we received so much apologies from receptionist but manager didn’t have time of day for us kept sending hotel receptionist over waited about 30 mins to get in to room when in only one towel and no bath wash and button for toilet was still faulty we had reported it a few weeks before and still wasn’t repaired shame as the hotel had improved so much from previous years ago room 314 we was in so if in that please check it’s been repaired we had come for 2 nights but we left after one as the races had been cancelled we did ask if we could have a credit note they said no as it had to be cancelled midnight night before which isn’t going to happen we due check out at 11 and if you stay for 1 night you have til 12 to check out but no refund or reply to my email such as shame room is on front so if your not a party animal don’t stay here as thr pubs opposite are open til about 2 in morning through week later on a weekend they do have quieter rooms which they were going to move us to but that room wasn’t prepared either
