Amazing, two properties pool on a roof top on both of them, with bar at the pool, you can drink while sitting inside the pool, and the value is added to the room number. One of the properties had access straight to the beach. Parking was easy and secure, being inside the facility

De nada adiantou o check in solicitado na forma on line. Ao chegar na propriedade, embora tenha explicado que já havia feito o check in pelo aplicativo, tive que preencher novamente a papelada. Essa questão não funciona, e eu.não faço mais check in por aqui. Não adianta. O apartamento que fui direcionado estava contaminado pelo odor de cigarro. O último hóspede fumou no seu interior e ninguém aguentava ficar lá. Outra coisa que não funciona... vários avisos de que é proibido fumar espalhados pela propriedade, os funcionários fazem vista grossa e não comunicam a gestão da propriedade. E quem não é fumante que se lasque com o cheiro desagradável do cigarro, pois as cortinas, lençóis e travesseiros ficam contaminados, e não adianta deixar tudo aberto para o ar circular. Situação muito desagradável, pois nem eu e nem minha esposa somos fumantes, e sentimentos muito os efeitos do cigarro.

Ficamos bem decepcionados com a limpeza do quarto. A hospedagem havia sido pintada e estava com cheiro muito forte, muita poeira e resto de obra. Eu estou gestante e foi difícil lidar com o pó e cheiro. Fiz muitos registros da situação do quarto. Comuniquei a recepção, eles foram até lá, limparam o possível, mas não conseguiram fazer uma limpeza de fim de obra adequada. Nossa programação era em maio vir conhecer o resort serhs, mas já desistimos…. A acomodação que ficamos não corresponde a 4 estrelas.

A principio fiquei com medo devido algumas avaliações sobre a preservação do lugar , mas não vi nada do que foi falado e sim um quarto muito bem cuidado onde fiquei e a area da piscina com o cafe da manha muito boa. Fiquei um pouco em duvida depois que fechei pelo fato do hotel ser separado em kristie flat e kristie beach , fiquei no beach e achei otimo, eles ficam um de frente para o outro, separados pela rua e eu pude usar as dependências dos dois lados,o café é servido no beach. Única ressalva seria que eu pedi um dia para esquentar algo no microondas e não foi liberado, alegando ser ordem da nutricionista não deixar o hospede usar o micro do restaurante.
