We had an amazing stay in Ullapool at Creagan Guest House. The rooms were wonderfully spacious and inviting, featuring cozy atmospheres and comfortable beds. Kathleen is a great cook, and prepared the most wonderfull breakfast. Furthermore she gave good input to were to go and were to eat. We would love to come back and explore more of this fantastic area.

We spent one night in this beautiful and historic B&B, in a comfortable cosy room. The host was very welcoming, offering us a drink, suggesting places for dinner, and helping guide us to the ferry. Breakfast was wonderful and this set us up well before our ferry trip. The location was ideal and we would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the accommodation to be met by the host, a lovely lady, who offered us a dram to warm ourselves, the first one to do this in 3 weeks in Scotland. The accommodation is lovely, very homely with a comfortable lounge area if you want to socialise. The room was well appointed and the bed very comfortable, with on-suite wash room with a shower that did what you want a shower to do, towels supplied. There were a few to many cushions on the bed (IMO) but I'm a guy so not surprised, my wife loved all the cushions. The host gave up the run down of the town and listed all the eating houses so we could get something to eat. The accommodation is positioned in a quiet back road with easy parking and just a 10 minutes stroll to the town center. Breakfast was filling and well cooked, filling and we met the chickens outside the window that provided part of the breakfast. If you want homely, friendly, comfortable and affordable ( worth the money ) this is the place to book.

ullapool is a lovely town to stop over in. creagans guest house is a treasure there. karhleen is a very warm and welcoming host. the room had everything we needed, a big bath and bigger bed. the guest lounge was very cosy too. breakfast was great and kept us going all day. easy parking outside and a really great stop on our journey.
