Malik insisted the single beds were spacious, even demonstrating by lying on one, but it was not what I had requested.
Once I unpacked, I discovered several issues with the room: the curtain was broken and the shower was faulty. Regrettably, I was late for dinner and couldn't inform the reception immediately. I expressed my frustration, but they reassured me they would handle it. However, when I returned later that day, the message had not been communicated, and I had to push for my original room again. Eventually, they did provide me with my old room.
