We stayed in room 507.. it has a balcony where you can look to Hagia Sophia. Very quiet, comfortable bed. Breakfast room very cosy, good choice of food, excellent staff. 10 minutes walk to the main attractions. Dimitri is a great manager, helpful with local information and tours without being pushy! Also Richard, the night manager, was very welcoming.

Sent me to a cheaper and worse hotel!

I arrived to the hotel being closed for fumigation! I was taken to another hotel, nowhere near as nice and they charged me the same amount of money for a room which was clearly inferior. Honestly, I wouldn't approach this hotel with a bargepole.

The manager and staff are very friendly, accommodating, and overall very helpful in explaining things about the city and what to watch out for. The breakfast is a little repetitive but they have a decent amount of options to choose from. The coffee is pretty good and the view is nice from the dining roof deck. The rooms themselves are relatively clean with some quirks like squeaky doors or some minor smell from the plumbing fixtures, but the air conditioning is good. The bathrooms are a little small, but that's the norm with boutique hotels. The beds were comfortable, and I had no problems getting a good night of uninterrupted sleep. The location is in a good spot for access to historical sites, the grand bazaar, and a bunch of restaurants. Walking the city at night is a safe and totally different experience than in the day, especially in this area. Overall I would recommend this hotel and staff for any first timers to istanbul.

Very basic hotel with clean bedrooms & bathrooms. We booked a family suite which consisted of 2 bedrooms next door to eachother, with a sliding door to separate the 2 rooms from the rest of the hotel rooms, which was convenient as we could leave the doors open while still in the hotel to move around the rooms easily. The only negative I had was the bathroom walls were made of obscured glass and the door didnt have a look, so there was no privacy in the WC/Shower. The breakfast was continental breakfast, so wasnt fancy but they had a nice variety of fresh foods. We all madesure to eat a full breakfast and were satisfied with what we had. Absolutely amazing area, as walking distance to all the main attractions, tram, train station, bus station. Loved it. Istanbul is my favourite city in the world and with this hotel I fell in love with it even more. Definitely will return soon

Best Service Hotel

It was a good place to stay. The staff, Demirie, Irada and all others were wonderful, friendly, helped us and guided us in many aspects. They did everything they could. While i have read few reviews from past guests, I feel most those reviews that complained seemed not valid as the guests should understand that the owners, the staff try to do best to accomodate different types of people. It is difficult to meet everyone's needs but I saw everything good.

Murat made our transportation seamless and added a personal touch that made a big difference. His warm personality and helpfulness truly stood out. 家族4人で7連泊しました。2ベッド、2バスルームの２部屋続き(ファミリータイプ）を予約したはずなのに、実際は2ベッドの部屋とダブルベット1台の部屋でした。ベッドは3台しかありませんでした。朝食が豊富で美味しい。いまのイスタンブールの物価は高いので、様々なトルコ旅行を朝食で楽しめたのはかなりありがたかったです。スタッフの女の子が感じ良くて快適に過ごさせていただきました。
