My wife and I had a weekday wedding 20 min away and GVAA was very clean and accommodating for a quick stay. We had everything we needed including great company from some furry friends.

It is a cute, quiet and unique little place set on beautiful grounds. It is in the basement of the attraction. When we got there they had set up for a wedding the next day so the restaurant and everything was closed. We felt like we were doing something wrong walking around due to it being a paid attraction and it being closed so we sort of just drove around the area. The room is small but nice, comfortable and clean. The staff leave after hours so it's a little weird but there is a cell number to contact someone if needed. I guess my only complaint is that maybe they should give a discount to the attraction if you spend the night where there aren't any other amenities included. We had to drive a bit to find food. The safari although extra money was lovely though. I reviewed that under the safari. It was a great one time stay though and we were glad for the experience.

The elk room was smaller thank expected... Kind of an odd room cuz there's a pillar immediately when you walk in, the sink and mirror were on the outside of the bathroom and there was no windows, however the property in place itself was very nice and well maintained and the staff provided excellent service.... We planned on taking the animal adventure ride to see all the animals, however it rained hard and unfortunately we didn't get to go. Furthermore, I know this doesn't sound like a great review but I would recommend this place to a friend that loves animals and a beautifully unique water front experience!

We had an overnight stay at Hidden Valley Animal Adventure. We have been here many times to see the animals and for events, as I am from the area originally, but had NO idea they had hotel rooms. The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable - towels super fluffy and brand new bed linens. Coffee maker was super clean and we had a Keurig which was nice. We walked over to see the animals which was so fun and when you walk out the front door you have a view of the pond and bridge/gazebo - beautiful!!. Plus you are out in the middle of the country which I loved. The room is very small and no windows, but to be honest, I think that is why i slept so well there. Bathrooms are very big though. The girl at the front desk walked me to my room and showed us how to use the keys and seemed excited to have us. I would 100% stay here again. I was only sad that we just stayed one night.

When you have to dodge big birds in your parking space, it begins to dawn on you that you are in a unique place to spend the night. It is literally a zoo! MY check in was after hours, so all I had were good instructions on how to find the room and a digital lock key code. I'm glad I got there before dark. The room was small, but comfy. Everything worked as expected. The only issue I had was that when my neighbors for the night arrived, I learned that there is no insulation between rooms. When they turned on the TV, it was like it was in the room with me. I believe you have access to the drive-through zoo if you are there during operating hours. I got there late, and left early, so the gates were closed. But I still got to see swans and geese in the big pond as well as Bison and Elk in their pasture. If you like unique, and don't need a lot of space, I think you will enjoy your stay.
