Great location and stay. I arrived before check-in, but stored my bag in a free locker. Once my room was ready, check-in was easy, the room was very comfortable and peaceful. Do not suggest this hotel if you are sharing/traveling with someone you aren’t comfortable seeing in the shower, but the listing photos make that clear. On that topic, the shower was nice and spacious, hotel provided soap/lotion/shampoo/etc. smelled great and felt higher quality. 10/10 recommend for a solo or couple traveling.

This is a cute place to stay. The front desk guy was very helpful and kind (I didn’t get his name) but he was a young man. The rooms are small and the bed was too firm/hard for my liking. Housekeeping doesn’t come do your room everyday or at least they didn’t do our room. The area it’s located in has a lot of different restaurants, walking distance to Pike Place market.

A pretty nice place, really. The room was very clean with a modern decor. There's plenty of storage and a custom AC unit separate from the main thermostat. The bed was pretty comfy. I slept like a rock. The neighborhood is decent. There's a college and a baseball diamond just down the street. There's places to get refreshments etc The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The top floor does sway a bit, but the noise level was very low overall, and the stairs have halfway-point landings so they aren't too bad even going all the way up. The hotel is hard to find, because in the front there is another name, in very little letters you can read the Boylston CH Hotel, parking is difficult unless you pay, but is very well center if you want to use public transportation. What is was more uncomfortable for us was to have the shower in the middle of the room, with very little privacy. It was a very small room, we can call it minimalist. On an excellent note, great bed and super clean.

We had such a great stay at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient—everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach, which made our trip so much more enjoyable. The room itself was very clean and well-kept. While it was on the smaller side, it was honestly perfect for my friend and me and had everything we needed. The amenities really stood out, especially the cute lounge area—it was a nice spot to relax after a long day out. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing earplugs, which definitely came in handy since Seattle can get pretty loud, especially on weekends in busy areas. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and welcoming, always greeting us when we came and went. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay—I would absolutely recommend it!

Great price, very clean, quiet, all new condition; great location. If you are one person without a car it would be hard to beat. But, even for just two people, almost everything had at least one significant issue. Parking is a big negative: street is best but very hard to find and look for hours when paid parking starts/ends; be ready to park late and move the car early in the morning. The rooms are small and tight, even two people have a hard time keeping out of each others way and any moving around at night is sure to wake anyone sleeping. Tho a queen, the bed was too short for my 6' husband. The room light controls are hard to figure out how, any mistake blasts out light.

The communication with the front desk was great. Anthony helped me get instructions on how to arrive from the airport, using public transportation and get to the hotel. He also upgraded my room when I arrived. I decided, because of a street festival on the street that the hotel was on, that I wanted to cancel my last night after 3 wonder days and that was done quickly and efficiently. The hotel is clean and quiet and accessible to restaurants. I had a wonderful time!

Easy, clean, well-located, boutique-feel place. The no-contact with staff is convenient and there are cabinets in the hallways with extra essentials you need (towels, cups, iron, etc.) But, if you do need help, there is someone at or near the front desk for most of the day. Steps from the bustling main street of the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Great restaurants, bars, and cafes. Short walk to Pike Place, shopping, and other attractions. Rooms are a bit smaller than your standard hotel but the bed was comfortable and it has everything you’d need. Worth a stay if you’re visiting to explore what Seattle has to offer!!
