Room was dirty. Stained sheets. And when spoke to reception was told there was no other rooms available Abe they couldn’t clean it out provide a refund.

My friend & I shared a double room for 1 night & were really impressed with Malacuna. Room was compact but perfectly functional & well kitted out. The whole place was VERY CLEAN & staff were available & helpful. Check-in process was simple (remember some ID!) & breakfast was healthy & substantial. We will definitely use Malacuna again

The ladies at the reception on booking in and out were very friendly,
