David at the front desk was so accommodating I called to ask if the hotel could accommodate a mold allergy and he reassured me it would not be a problem. He was amazing, the room was amazing and beautifully clean! An amazing place to stay we went to mystic for the day and stayed overnight, the hotel was only 18 minutes from the town!

This hotel next to Foxwoods is a plus. Great rooms and very well kept. Free breakfast. Not a plus side the top floor on the south side needs some fast improvements. Carpet as many stains and smells horrible. Floor creaky on certain areas of hotel. But outside of certain areas of hotel is a great place to stay. Rooms are large and well kept.

It was a big, beautiful place with pretty outdoor courtyards. And, It was massive inside! Our Room was clean & ready Early! 🙂 The staff was friendly & helpful at the desk. It was nice to have a shuttle to take us to the Theater at the Casino. They had a great breakfast selection, too. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and friendly staff. Convenient walk to Foxwoods if you like walking (which I do). I was there for a dance competition - this was a much cheaper option than on the main property. The gym is a bit sparse and the pool seemed grungy. Also, the breakfast was very generic and the mini fridge was quite small. But overall I enjoyed staying here and would come again. Also, the stairwell smelled like smoke although my actual floor was smoke-free.

I had chosen this hotel based on the hot tub which was listed but completely out of service and it didn’t look like it would be running anytime soon. The restaurant is EXTREMELY limited to any choices. A good value for the money as it is across the street from Foxwoods and has shuttles to take you there. Overall clean, no microwaves in room, staff are pleasant. Pool was clean but on the colder side for an indoor pool. Still a good value
