Café muito bom e funcionários super prestativos. Ariane e Gabriela da recepção, os demais também bem simpáticos. Só uns hóspedes mal educados que ficaram conversando e falando alto antes das 7h da manhã no corredor, mas o hotel não tem culpa. As pessoas que são inconvenientes e não tem empatia.

A localização é ótima, o café da manhã é muito bom mais colocaria mais opções de sabores de tapioca, a piscina precisa de uma reforma urgente e melhorar a limpeza da mesma, o ar condicionado também precisa de manutenção as vezes demora gelar e desligava sozinho, tirando isso estava tudo muito bom.

Meu banheiro simplesmente não foi limpo após a última ocupação. O lixo do banheiro ainda estava lá, com papel higiênico utilizado pelo hóspede anterior. Dizem que tem estacionamento mas não passa de 4 ou 5 vagas do lado de fora do prédio, o que não é suficiente para o número de hóspedes.

Tivemos problema de falta de água, pagando o valor das diárias deste hotel e o nível não esperávamos passar por isso, fomos trocados de quarto para tomar banho, o problema persistiu, no outro dia trocamos de quarto novamente e o problema continuou. Trocaram nós de hotel para outro hotel da rede brisa. Momentos desconfortáveis dentro da viagem, os funcionários enrolaram bastante para resolver um problema que já deveriam ter trocado no primeiro momento quando deu o problema e sabiam que persistiria. Jogando o problema para os outros setores e ninguém resolvia. Depois na troca foi acordado um jantar e não ocorreu quando chegamos no outro hotel iria ter cobrança o dito jantar e por aí os transtornam continuaram. Hotéis da rede brisa, o Tower e o suítes recomendo, o Costamar recomendo evitar.

É um hotel simples, sem nenhum luxo. Mas, atende as necessidades. Fica numa rua pertinho da avenida beira mar. O café está localizado no 7⁰ andar de onde se tem vista para o mar. O café é bom típico do nordeste. Pra quem vai de carro tem estacionamento.
