Definitely sets a high standard among the smaller motels in this area - perfect for my overnight stay. Clean, comfortable, well-kept and nicely set up room and bathroom. Easy walking distance to the Old Mill District. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor pool, too! Will stay here again.

I have stayed at this motel in the past. It is clean and has a nice pool. There were several restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Old motel with nice pool.

Old, rundown motel with friendly staff and a nice pool in the middle of the parking area. The rooms are big but lack cleaning. However towels and linen were clean and the bed comfortable and we slept well 2 nights. (There was no working food truck on the property as seen in pictures)

This is an old time motel. I really like to use these kind of motels when I can. The place was spotless parking was easy, I even went into the heater pool and it was beautifully clean and beautifully maintained. Property was nice and we could eat and shop. The pool was open late also. I would highly recommend the Cascade motel. There is a minor league ball park very close by. I would have liked to know about it.

Pictures show renovated bathroom - which it was. But everything else in the room was old and stained and gross. Plus our room was super hot and stuffy when we checked in. No excuse for staff not turning on the air conditioning ahead of time.
