We stopped in for an overnight stay while in town for a concert. The hotel is connected to the Hilton and the parking garage is connected to the hotels as well. The hotel inside is beautiful in the common areas, the service was excellent. Rooms were decent sized, there could be some upgrades done. The beds were the worst thing about this hotel. So terrible. However the hotel was so quiet at night even with a wedding and concert as well as other events in town. If they fixed the bed situation I’d definitely stay here again!

This place doesn't get 5 stars because it is not easy to locate within the building it shares with the Hilton. Like the stepchild in the far back of the building. The room was clean, for the one night I stayed, I cannot complain. I did make note that the room was out of conditioner and barely any shampoo. Otherwise convenient to my event, parking seemed fair, allowing guests in and out within the 24 hours for $40. Would stay again, now that I am familiar with the layout.

The hotel was excellent! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the location was perfect for our weekend trip. We took the ferry from Muskegon MI to Milwaukee and only brought our bicycles. The hotel was about a 20 minute ride from the ferry. Within walking distance of 3rd Ward area. Shopping in walking distance. Very close to 3rd St Market Hall and other restaurants. There are restaurants in the hotel. Starbucks in the same building and Dunkin' Donuts around the corner. The hotel is located in The Hilton and they have an area where you can keep bikes free of charge. I overall recommend.
