Great spot that exceeded my expectations for the price. Super centrally located. Clean, comfortable, well appointed room, if small. Helpful staff helped me organize a half-day trip and gave good restaurant recommendations. Solid breakfast buffet. Most places within the city seem like pretty small family-run guesthouses. This felt like a terrific choice next to them.

we stayed two nights and no one cleaned up the room on our stay of the 2nd stay. There are no clean towels, and no free bottle of water on the 2nd day. Room is dusty and filthy. And I won't stay in this hotel if given a second chance

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Khan's palace. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the excellent service, the beautiful facilities, and the welcoming atmosphere. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and every detail made the experience feel relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I truly felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hotel X to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality. I would definitely stay here again! The electricity went out for an hour: don't know if this the norm in Uzbekistan but it did not affect my stay.
