Position is convenient for train and restaurants. Onsen area was fabulous alternating temperature between the 2 pools each day. All the personal care items you need. Microwave on each floor is handy. There was at least 1 english speaking staff on front counter at all times. Dinner a little expensive but food was nice.

Location is perfect being a few minutes walk to the train station, Yuzawa Kogen ski lifts, restaurants and shops. The food for breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent in quality and variety. We stayed 4 nights and was not bored of the spread.

Great staff - very helpful and always available. Room was nice, very 'showa' feel with Tatami mats and adornments. The Onsen bath, particularly the external new Sauna (from Estonia!) and Rotenburo, were quite pleasant. The buffet is designed for tour groups, but tasty selection! Would stay again if had chance b/c very close to everything and perfect facilities for skiing trip.

This resort was significant to how amazing our snowboarding vacation turned out. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious! It’s true they don’t change items but there were so many choices that it really wasn’t necessary. We looked forward to breakfast and dinners there the entire 4 night stay. We had the junior suite which has the stone tub as our bath and it was a dream come true. Japanese style futons were so comfortable even after a long day of snowboarding. I didn’t mind that we had to set it up ourselves, it was a fun experience. The ONLY/main issue I had was that their public bath started off amazing until I noticed the insane amount of heavy black mildew/mold all over the walls and ceilings, it was like a horror movie and I couldn’t unsee it. Please please get that cleaned/disinfected, it is such a health hazard. I wish to come back and enjoy the facility again!! The saving grace was that we had our private tub as an option. The town is quaint so not much to do, so it was great that they had a game room with arcade games and ping pong table, our kids loved closing the night out there. The value we got for the experience was great and we want to return and do it all again!

we ended up cancelling at last min, because my daughter got sick. so we paid the 100% of cancellation fee. and at the same time we shipped snowboard to the hotel from airport, we needed to recover, the hotel was absolutely no help. He keeps saying the service is only for staying customer only, there is nothing he can do, we will have to go pick it up. totally unreasonable. NEVER EVER STAY WITH THIS CHAIN OR DO ANY BUSINESS

施設の古さはありますが、掃除は行き届いているようで快適に過ごせました。 部屋、大浴場ともにアメニティがたくさんありどれを使うか迷うくらいでした。 使いませんでしたが、子ども用の館内着もロビーに用意されていて次の機会はお借りしようと思います。 1階の休憩スペースにはマンガがたくさんありうちの子はほとんどの時間そこで過ごしました。 夕食朝食もこの金額では考えられないくらい種類が豊富でお刺身やイクラが嬉しかったです。夕食にあった笹川流れのもずくがとても美味しかったのですが朝食にはなく悲しかったです(笑) スタッフの皆さんはとても親切でしたが、食事会場だけ人数が異常に多い気がします⋯食事取りに行く際ぶつからないように気を遣うくらいなので(理由がかるかもですが)配置を見直した方がいいかもしれません。 しかし総じてとても良い滞在ができました。ありがとうございました✨

房間還蠻寬敞的，基本的設施都有，衣架也提供很多，方便掛清洗後的衣物，在地下室有放置雪具的帶鎖置物櫃很便利，也有提供暖氣可將濕掉的手套或鞋子烘乾，早餐的類型也是該有的都有提供，飯店的溫泉也是相當的不錯，也有戶外露天的可以使用。 交通方面，因飯店本身沒有接駁車可以乘坐，所以每天滑完雪要從車站走路回飯店帶著雪具是蠻辛苦的，從車站走到飯店大約13分鐘左右，我自己的做法是早上走路到車站因為是下坡，滑完後搭計程車到飯店。 飯店人員相當專業，最後一天要離開時，有請飯店人員幫忙叫計程車到車站，飯店人員也是很熱心的幫忙，住宿期間有需要寄送行李到機場，也是很順利完成寄送。 總結 如果明年還要到越後湯澤滑雪的話，我的首選應該是還是這間飯店。

越後湯澤站出來大約步行10分鐘，雪不大的情況下還算輕鬆可以到達，需要爬一點坡。我們住的是日式通舖的房型，原本有點擔心之前的評論提到會冷的情形，不過我們沒有感覺寒冷，睡得很溫暖，暖氣很足夠。早晚餐算豐富但是菜色固定沒有太大變化。飯店內有投幣式的洗衣機和烘衣機，也提供了便利性。很推薦滑雪的朋友在飯店隔壁的雪具店租借器材，大哥們都很親切，價格比車站旁的中文雪具店實惠不少，可預約雪具店的接駁車至岩原雪場，日文英文可通。大眾浴池看得出場地比較老舊，溫泉的溫度一天高一天溫，有娛樂室和漫畫室。溫泉飯店價格都不低，這間Livemax價格稍微親切一點，整體而言住起來是舒適的。
