We had a long day driving so we booked and paid $53 for a room Expedia. When we finally found this place the clerk said that there was no rooms available and I said we just paid for this room so if that one is taken we need another one because we already paid. He gave us this run around saying Expedia doesn't always have the right information. I said you have to have something because your no vacancy sign is not lit up. He disappeared for 15 mins and when he came back he said yes there's 1 room open we had to pay another $76 and when we walked in this room it had a smell to it the tv didn't work the dressers were all busted the floor was so dirty it was sticky, blood on the pillowcases dirty sheets oh and COCKROACHES ALL OVER. The ice machine didn't work and when we told the staff about it they didn't care they treated us horribly. It was a horrible experience. Especially since I had to pay twice for this gross bug infested bloody sheet unkept room. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would
