Hotel was nice and central but the downside was that if you came by car you would need to park it away from the hotel due to new pay to park in the centre of NB. Breakfast was slow and a limited menu but food was tasty.

Nice room. Good size, bright and recently decorated. Good breakfast. Great location in lovely seaside town with lots of restaurant and cafe choices and shops. A little noisy at night with single glazing onto street and deliveries to shop opposite (although it was a Friday night). Could do with a couple of shelves in closet or a bench or wall hooks to put clothes etc. on.

Very mixed bag. Excellent, generous breakfast in the bar area was included in the room rate but bedroom (Oban) was very small and its en-suite especially tiny. View from bedroom was poor and a bit scruffy. Old redundant cables on exterior walls, cleaner's spray bottle visible on widow sill shelf opposite. Bedroom TV poorly positioned. Stairway to room should have better handrail for safety. Our booking was during the Lammermuir Festival so we probably got the last room available. Location convenient for making the most of North Berwick - Scottish Seabird Centre, harbour, beaches, views of Bass Rock, Rocketeer Restaurant etc. No car parking on site but limited free parking nearby and plentiful Local Authority parking paid for by using the Ringo App.

A great hotel with lovely staff. Everyone was so smiley. Great food. There is a car park 1 min walk away or you can park on the street after 1600 for free. Beautiful beach and sea 2 mins walk away. Not the hotels fault but there are 2 churches who ring their bells every hour, on the hour throughout the night. 2am, 3am, 4am. Saves having an alarm clock.

Staff were super friendly and the hotel location is good but a couple of things were not great. Carpets coming up the stairs were filthy dirty soaked in a million spilt drinks. No room or hooks or heated rail to hang towels in the room. Coffee machine didn’t work. No room tidy or towel change so we had damp or wet towels each day as there was nowhere to dry them. Breakfast and dinner were really good though and staff very friendly. Had the window open to keep cool but very noisy late at night.

The place was perfect for a trip out of the city to a small seaside town! The staff were helpful dropping my bags into my room before check in! Helped to book taxis when needed and were a good source of entertainment at breakfast time! The place was very clean and the bed was so comfy! I loved the stay here and would highly recommend a stay! Very close to many golf courses
