A very well placed hotel for the picturesque square and sights of Pecs, especially the Cathedral. Five minute walk in any direction and the sights are stunning. The room in the hotel was a little knocked about but the service was excellent and all members of staff could not have been more helpful. For a cheaper hotel it is fantastic.

The location was great. The staff was great - they helped me check in very late at night and cheerfully printed out documents I needed for a presentation. The room was quite comfortable. The one issue is that the base of the shower did not contain the water, so each time I showered there was a little flood in the bathroom.

Our guest stayed at this property for 5 days, and unfortunately the room was not cleaned at any point during the stay. The breakfast offering was quite limited, and by around 10am there was very little left available. There was also an incident where housekeeping entered the room without knocking. In general, the room was extremely basic and below expectations.
