Motel was under construction during our stay. No office available. Had to search for manager. Room was okay for the price paid. But we were in town for only 2 nights and didn’t spend any time in the room except to sleep. Housekeeper never came. Didn’t get fresh towels. Someone had a small dog in their room and its barking woke me up both nights! Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Everything was clean! The rooms inside have been remodeled everything freah and yp to date. They have been keeping it that way! Nice thick towels, fluffy pillows, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and shower liner! Definitely worth the the rates they have. The staff gives excellent customer service! I love staying here!

Best place in Arlington!

This hotel is a tiny gem in Arlington. The outside does not look like much, but the rooms are very nice and the staff is accommodable. For the price and a tiny 1-2 day stay, absolutely pick this place. I will say that the phone service is dependent on the owners to pick up, but they will be awake at 6am if you pester them enough :| .

1)Motel is listed as DOWNTOWN Riverside CA but is 15 min drive from downtown 2)Room durty, fresh frys on floor. 3) Room had one bed but NO Chairs, no seating 4) No Cups, Glasses or way to take a drink 5) No Microwave, or coffee maker or Fridge. 6) No access to brake room or cofee. 7) The in room AC UNITS were so loud every time the heat came on from Nabors or our Unit it woke us up.8) Safety * Stair steps to out 2nd floor room were so small you had to place foot sideways on each step so for two 80 year old people it was dangerus. 9) no eleavator so to get our bagage up to room was very difficult.10) For Hotels.com to charge this much a night is a CRIME. 11) Hotel.com states the web site covered all charges However on check in the Motel demanded we pay an additional SECURITY DEPOSIT. == For more info contact us

No a/c hookers working the parking lot my wife and I just walked away without being refunded 5 minutes after we checked in we are now at the thunderbird hotel in riverside where we usually book with you but your website recommended vista hotel I would like my 89 dollars back from the vista we paid 120 dollars at the thunderbird we are very happy with the thunderbird

The room wasn’t clean when I arrived. Opened soap package and used bar soap was still on the sink. Floor was dirty. I had to wear socks if I decided not to have my shoes on. The upholstery on the chair in the room had stains all over it and was dirty.

Not recommended at this time

We were in a non smoking room, but could smell smoke coming through the bathroom vent. Only two bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. Only one tiny trash can in the room and dirty inside. They had to trade our broken fridge out with a smaller one that had cardboard taped on the door to creat a shelf. Shower tap was loose. Didn't have a fitted sheet for the mattress, just a flat one that never stayed tucked in. They should invest in fitted sheets because when the flat sheet came loose it showed the stains on the mattress. I thought that I would give this place a shot because it was under new management and had no rating. The management was friendly enough, but came across as being very new to the business. I hesitated to write this review because they were very friendly, but I hope that they will consider what I have written in order to build upon what needs to change so that ratings will change in the future.

Didn't have any of the amenities that says it has the room was empty refuse to give me my refund until I got loud and there's ants in the room and construction workers remodeling the lower floor so no other rooms available to accommodate us and they were all staying on the ground floor all the workers
