This small hotel is very charming. It is located in the Old Quarters of Hanoi and is close to all the things that are of interest to tourists like myself. The staff consists of very young people (I'm guessing they are all 20-25 years old), but they are very courteous and professional. The check-in staff all speak english fluently. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Amazing staff

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The decor is very much French colonial but what really stood out were the staff. They literally couldn't do too much for us. We were greeted by Mia who was so helpful, and at breakfast the next morning we met Lucy who already knew our names and preferences. Just amazing!

Wonderful 2 night stay in Hanoi Old Town

We were greeted by Tracy & Lucy , throughout our stay they were extremely friendly and helpful (as were all the staff). Our room was 907 with great view of neighbourhood and very quiet (no street noise). I had an issue with the hairdryer that they promptly replaced. Breakfast had a wide selection from eggs made to your liking, pho, fruit, pastry and other hot dishes. Definitely would recommend this hotel in Old Town, walking distance to most attractions, shop and lake. We have had 3 family members stay here and recommend this hotel, it did not disappoint.

Great start to our Vietnam Adventure

What a cute hotel. Loved the art deco vibe and the ambiance. This was a great start to our Vietnam adventure. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and after a lot of walking it was great to get an in-house massage. The staff gave us a warm welcome and took great care of us. At home, a hotel like this would had more stars. It was cozy and comfortable. When we returned from Halong Bay and asked if we could store our luggage there, it was like being welcomed back home. Min and Lucy in particular, made sure we had everything we needed and had such great energy that it made us excited. The hotel was value for money.

This is a great 3 star hotel. The check in service and restaurant recommendation were very good. The location is near beer street and close to all major attractions in the Old Quarter. The room was spotlessly clean and had its own AC unit.

Excellent service from friendly staff, always eager to help and offer advice on where to eat, what to watch out for, tour booking etc. Hotel is centrally located and is walkable to many attractions. Rooms are tiny and the pictures online are deceiving. Breakfast buffet is good and they also offer complimentary made to order eggs, pancakes, french toast and 3 different types of pho (beef, chicken and vegetables). I'd stay here again but would definitely upgrade to a bigger room.

The staff are the best I have ever met. I have never met so many friendly people (especially Anna and Mint). I had a client meeting but did not have a shirt. Within minutes they drove me to a shop, helped me selecting the shirt and drove me back. The meeting was a full success. I already stayed there the second time. Thank you so much.

The hotel is in centre of old quarter, very crowded and busy traffic. You have to pay attention to the motorbikes and cars around in such narrow street. Night markets and many restaurants are nearby. (But not accessible during weekend nights when roads are blocked for pedestrian zones) The hotel room is smaller than expected, and not soundproof. Anyone passed by / speaking outside will easily wake you up. Yet, I should give credit to the hotel staff especially they are very kind and polite and will greet you every time. We had some issues in the bathtub and they are able to deal with it quickly and solve the problem.

An oasis of calm & service in Hanoi’s Old Quarter

Initially I had only intended to stay in Hanoi Boutique Hotel & Spa for 7 nights but due to a complication with delayed luggage, I needed to extend an extra week. The entire staff, (reception, housekeeping, restaurant, etc) were very accommodating and caring and really made me feel like I was part of the extended family. The excellent and varied breakfast was amazing and catered for all tastes and customs…and if they could make my favourite (like a style of eggs) they were genuinely happy to make it for me. A perfect start to a long day exploring the Old Quarter. (And completely unexpectedly, when I was too tired to come down to breakfast, the restaurant staff called the room to check everything was ok and even sent up a tray with a range of breakfast goodies! NEVER experienced THAT kind of service anywhere else. The staff are young, energetic, helpful and are genuinely eager to help you (even with some really silly requests!) and have really gone that “extra mile” many times for me!

The hotel itself is rather dated in its condition and in aspects such as sound proofing (I could hear next door snoring all night through the walls) but great hotel if you’re on a budget and looking for somewhere very well located in the city

The check in was a nice experience, they try to help you organising yourself in Hanoi We stayed only one night but surely the Hotel is good to stay longer in Hanoi. Breakfast was tasty and good variety of food additional you can order Pho or Egg by your choice. We did leave the luggage at the hotel for some hours and that worked very well. Internet was very fast. Thank you.
