Uban&Veggie is a perfect location if you need to get to the port or bus station they are just a 10-15 minute walk away. It's a clean and quiet place to rest from the Old town where you will pound the pavement all day. The vegan restaurant below serves up tasty generous meals too!

These rooms are above the Urban and Veggie restaurant. While not a traditional hotel, the room was really clean and well appointed, with a very comfortable bed and a stellar view of the harbor. The location is so convenient to the bus system, including the shuttle to the airport. The staff at the restaurant were very kind and helpful, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. And the food at the restaurant was delicious! Try the risotto for dinner and the breakfast oats for brekky. I would happily stay here again and spend more time in this beautiful city.

Il faut savoir que ce n'est qu'une chambre sans service de restauration a part des repas "végans" au restaurant indépendant en bas ! Par contre on est bien indépendant avec sas protégé . Pour ce qui est de la propreté c'est très moyen ! sol sableux des occupants précédents sinon literie et linge de toilette propres . Ceci pour servir de correction pour les futurs occupants !

We stayed for 2 nights, and the location was great, especially if you need to take the ferry. Right on your doorstep, there are plenty of boats offering day tours. There’s also a supermarket, restaurants, and a bus stop nearby. The bus to the old town takes no more than 7 minutes. The only negative thing I would mention is that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. Everything else was good.

It is just across the baywalk. Staff at the resto are friendly, good location, and a 7min walk to the bus station. The only con was the bathroom, When you take a shower the water drains so slow it likes its flooding.

Room located on third floor no lift which was a bit difficult as we had a bit of luggage. Our room was an attic room with low ceilings, which can be challenging for taller people. On arrival, we accessed the property via the key box and followed the instructions, which was fine. WIFI access was good. When looking to use the shower on the first night, there was no hook and we manually had to hold to shower effectively. We informed the owner and this was fixed the following morning and they apologised for the inconvenience . A small and large towel was provided for each person, but we were staying for two nights so requested extra towels, which were provided for free. The location of the property is good, as close to bus station and cruise port, plus bus stop to Old Town. Note: this is not a hotel - this is rent a room - this is stated clearly on documents within the room. Overall a clean and comfortable stay in Dubrovnik, any issues were sorted promptly.

Staff were lovely and very helpful, main gripes were that there was a grape left in the rooms from the previous guest so it had a bit of an ant problem and the shower head fixture had come loose from the wall and was hanging on. Other than these gripes the room was great, TV with Netflix, YouTube and Prime installed, free wifi which was quick enough to stream videos. The resteraunt it is located above is also great and welcoming so you dont have to look far if you need something quick to eat.

A lovely place to stay! The hotel is right on the water and above the “Plant based” restaurant. It appears to be newly renovated. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcome. It was a treat to have the restaurant below for morning coffee or delicious food. We took advantage of a late check out (10 euro an additional hour) and bag storage (also for a fee).
