A beautiful hotel, with very kind and engaging staff. They were all incredibly thoughtful and worked hard to make it feel like a special experience. The grounds and gardens are beautiful, there were lovely spaces to get a drink and relax. The food was first class. The indoor pool and gym are small but very clean and definitely do what you need.

A wonderful luxury escape with attentive ( in a good way) - friendly efficient staff , pool area and views awesome. Ocean restaurant great food and good value - we had the local food tasting menu. Easy parking and comfortable bedrooms. Common areas are contemporary and stylish with in door and outside seating. We will be back!

We received a warm welcome in the early hours of the morning upon arrival. Our room had been upgraded with a beautiful sea view. We had booked a view of the golf course, which still would have been a good view. Our stay was peaceful. Very quiet at night and able to sleep in very large comfortable bed. Bathroom had twin sinks, good shower in bath and Molton Brown toiletries, which were kept well stocked throughout our stay. Tea and coffee for use with the kettle and fridge were also available daily with biscuits. We had afternoon tea, which was very enjoyable with Tattinger and a complimentary cocktail to celebrate a Birthday. Breakfast had plenty of choice on cooked menu and buffet available. Staff very polite and helpful. This felt a premium service. Swimming pool indoor not large but adequate and peaceful. Not busy. Towels, robes and shampoo provided. Outdoor pool looks good but not for October stay! Large free carpark. Beautiful garden with outstanding view of St Ouen. We had a very relaxing break and highly recommend if you are looking for a premium hotel. Breakfast was not included with our booking, but we were able to easily book this and reschedule our plans as necessary, due to changes in arrival beyond our control. We have now stayed in a number of Jersey hotels and this is definitely in our top 2. Well done Atlantic. Luxury hotel for a viable reason. Thank you.

The hotel is beautifully situated, welcoming and very comfortable. The rooms have every amenity including bathrobes, the grounds are extensive - scorched dry at the moment - but well cared for. There's a nice small outside pool with sunbeds and an spa which I did not use. Only two small quibbles: the hairdryers are prehistoric! You have to keep your finger on the switch to keep them on. And as a woman travelling on her own, the staff occasionally made me feel invisible. For example, I sat in the bar from 6.10 to 6.40 p.m and nobody came to offer me a drink or to ask if I wanted to eat. As soon as my brother-in-law turned up, it took about 30 seconds for us to get service. Otherwise the whole experience was excellent.
