The hotel is very close to the tokyo subway line, all you need to do is exit the train A4 exit and walk towards your left and about 2 blocks you'll see the hotel.
The hotel is basically a business hotel not a family hotel, so do have that in mind when you travelling with family, the hotel does have a requirement that Hotels.com did not mention is that during checkin they require to bring a copy of your passport and hand it to them to finish the checkin process, and the nearest photocopy machine is not that close, thank god i alway carry a copy of my passport incase if I lose it.
Also just as in all of Asia the hotel rooms are smaller then western hotel rooms so please don´t be surprise when you arrive.
The hotel has vending machines on a few floors, and a pant press on each floor. They do room service each day and it´s please have in mind that in japan hotels do not have do not disturb sign on the doors, so room service will come in every morning and make your bed, and re stock the amenities in the bathroom and new tea set.
The hotel is very clean and about a 30 min walk to the sky tree, if your up for seeing the neighbourhoods. I did not eat the breakfast buffet but i do recommend purchasing your voucher the night before which is a bit cheaper then buying it the same day.
I do recommend the hotel and looking on staying with them again.
