Our stay was overall very pleasant. The hotel employees were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our visit, which made us feel genuinely well taken care of. The room itself was beautifully designed, clean, and well maintained, contributing to a comfortable and visually appealing stay.
However, one hugh drawback was the lack of soundproofing. Unfortunately, noise traveled very easily—everything from conversations in nearby rooms to the sound of cutlery being used downstairs was clearly audible. This made it difficult to fully relax and affected the overall comfort, especially during rest hours.
With improved sound insulation, this hotel would offer an excellent experience, as the service and aesthetics are otherwise outstanding.
