A very nice and modern hotel. The only downside was the breakfast. Very little to choose from and no fresh or homemade food. Ex. the bread and rolls was pre-baked, all jam and yoghurt from "big store boxes," only one type of cheese, and hardly any vegan or glutenfree options. Even the pre-cut fruit salad was in some kind of old mixture that tasted owful.

Vi boede i den ældre del af deres hotel, så det var pænt nok, men de var ikke meget grundige med deres rengøring i de 4 dage vi var der. Vi forespurgte på at blive opgraderet til et større værelse i sidste 2 nætter og der var ingen rabat ift at vi allerede havde betalt for 4 nætter for et værelse så skulle man betale for fuld pris på det andet værelse som næsten 500 € så vi kunne have endt med at betale 10000 kr fra 4 dage. Flabet personlig i receptionen. Fint morgenmad.

Fantastisk hotel. Alt var pænt, rent og fungerede super fint. Personalet var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Restauranten var lækker. Kæmpe bonus at Joker kortet er inkluderet så turene op på bjergene er gratis. Meget veludstyret træningscenter. Eneste minus var dog åbningstiden. Den kunnet godt være længere. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen og overvejer allerede hotellet til vores næste skiferie

Fantastisk lejlighed vi have booket. Gode senge og masser af plads til hele familien på 5. Et par små ting der ikke var så gode var at på det ene badeværelse flød der meget vand ud på gulvet når man var i bad og det kostede et par håndklæder som de gerne skiftede 😃 terassen var af fin størrelse. Vi nød som familie - bedsteforældre, børn og børnebørn at have en skøn lejlighed med separate soverum og to badeværelser. Personalet var super serviceminded og virkelig søde. Vi nød poolen og wellness området. Desuden satte vi stor pris på ordningen med Joker Card. Vi tog kabelbanerne op og ned flere gange. Selv parkering ved banerne var gratis med kortet.

Vi hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold på Saalbach Suites by ALPS RESORTS. Vårt hovedmål for turen var å stå på ski, og hotellet ligger veldig nære den ene gondolen. Du kan faktisk "ski in" til hotellet om du planlegger den siste turen ned fra fjellet. Frokosten var god, manglet ikke noe der. Det er også en veldig god italiensk restaurant på hotellet som vi benyttet to ganger mens vi har her. Veldig praktisk å gå tørrskodd fra rommet til restauranten. Veldig hyggelig personale på hotellet og restauranten. Gjerne det beste med hele oppholdet var å benytte det oppvarmede bassenget etter en lang dag på ski. 10 av 10! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!
