8/10 Very good

This is a really nice and well presented hotel. It is in a very nice, quiet area and it's ideal if you have an event at the Arena, which is right next door. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. There are some nice bars and restaurants nearby, and also a Carrefour supermarket if you need anything. There is a tram stop close by which takes you straight to the centre of Valencia. For me, it was a little too far from the city for what I needed, but this is my mistake for not checking the exact location in advance. However, it does not make the experience any less because of this. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Quick, easy check-in. Conveniently located room. Very nice outdoor patio with view of the arena. Nice neighborhood, close to popular attractions & shopping. Good restaurants in the area. Could use a Nespresso machine instead of instant coffee but room was quite sufficient!

6/10 Good

Hotel staff were very helpful. Room was lovely and clean with air con. There were no catering facilities in hotel - did have kettle and tea and coffee but no milk- did ask but they had none. Great location for Roig Arena

Good location near shops and the tram stop. Basic but does the job. Good air con and clean rooms. Bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Spotless clean and the staff was helpful. The room was comfy and spacious enough. Air con was fast and effective. The place is quite far from Town Centre and the beach though. There is a bus and a tram but they don’t run as often as one should expect to. There are no small shops or restaurants around if you happen to want to get a meal, snack or drinks. Overall a pleasant experience.

8/10 Very good

The staff was very helpful, location was ideal and the ability to rent affordable e bikes made the trip amazing. The bathroom was a little wierd without a curtain but was exceptionally clean and unlike the rest of the city we could flush toilet paper lol. The bed however was the only downfall. It was extremely firm and extra pillows were unavailable. Otherwise an excellent choice and an excellent stay throughout our trip all over Spain. The TV had apps and it was possible to stream American programming. Excellent location, extremely clean and an extremely helpful staff made this a wonderful stay. If you’re not a fan of a firm bed maybe another option may have been the only improvement.

Clean, comfortable & near public transport

Clean, comfortable and close to Museum of Sciences. Walkable area near public transport. Could hear people on both sides using bathroom. Room is nice. Curtains are sheer, so needs blackout curtains or privacy screen at the balcony door.

Ok

Clean and comfortable but no restaurant or bar area. Need to book breakfast day before or you won’t get a chance on the day! This should be better communicated

Everything was nice except for the air conditioning. It was extremely weak, and we only felt comfortable around 1 AM once it had managed to cool down the room a little bit. :(

Nice and clean property and rooms in a nice quiet area. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was spacious and bathrooms clean and had fluffy towels. Comfortable bed and We had a coffee bar area in the room and a patio area with an partial view of the arena. Walkable to quatre Carreras metro line and bus stops and Hemispheric and Museo de la Ciencias and Ave Dels Germans Maristas where there are lots of restaurants. They offered a breakfast but we did not partake.

2/10 Poor

This is the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The bed does not fit in the room. Unless you are the size of a 6 year old child DO NOT stay here. We had to crawl over the bed to get to the terrace. No coffee maker only water. No place for your luggage you cannot walk in front of the bed so getting up at night to use bathroom one has to crawl over the bed. The “city view” looks directly into an apartment I did not see the city of Valencia anywhere from this hotel. The shower has no place for a razor everything must be put on the floor. The towel rack is inside the shower so you cannot hang your towels there. Just the most cramped and uncomfortable Room I’ve ever stayed in. If you want to be next to the arena that is the only plus, the room is just terrible.
