Staff are very nice and welcoming. We mentioned a small blue line in the tv that didn’t bother us, we just wanted to let them know for their convenience and the next thing we know we got a new tv! They are so thoughtful and want you to enjoy your time here. We absolutely loved it! Definitely will be back again!

The room was exactly as it was pictured! The rain shower was an unexpected bonus. I would definitely recommend to others looking to travel to PR. It was in close proximity to several dining establishments, the beach and a short drive to Old San Juan. The concierge, hostess, front desk attendant Jess was super friendly and helpful. The only bummer, the on-site restaurant is under renovation.
