The room was very clean and great to have a kitchen. Be ready for the bed, which is basically in an alcove with a wall at the foot of the bed. There is no TV in the room, so you will have to ask for one. When you get it, it's basically a computer monitor on wheels. You'll only have streaming services to watch.
Staff at check-in was great. During our stay, the toilet backed up. When we called about it, we got a plunger to use ourselves-not hotel staff helping. We ended up needing extra towels because the toilet overflowed. We went to the front desk and had to argue to get towels- we were told we had to ask housekeeping for those. Finally got them, but shouldn't have had to basically beg.
Last of all, we had a VIP stay that was supposed to come with free drinks. The hotel didn't give us anything to receive those.
